We present a cutting submersible vortex pump, intended for wastewater management.
Due to their anti-clogging nature, these pumps are based on the generation of a vortex in the fluid, which produces a vacuum under the equipment thanks to its impeller. Since the impeller does not come into contact with solids in the pumped medium, the pump cannot clog.
Standard construction in cast iron, CORVEX vortex pumps are used in many wastewater applications such as pumping water with a high solids load, with many fibers and with the presence of sludge.
Thus, we see these teams are usually the first option in farms, water treatment plants, sinks, etc. Its shaft is made of 304 stainless steel, and the impeller is made of 48HR alloy.
